Coping With Our New Normal
The past 18 months has emotionally taken us to the unknown and unfamiliar. How are you coping nowadays?
There’s the daily grasp for normalcy (which has its own depth of fatigue) added with layers of loss and grief.
Losing a loved one, losing school days, losing routines and maybe losing faith carry its own emptiness.
There is a grieving process with loss especially if the loss had meaning and significance.
It will take a bit to make sense of what is. In the meantime, do what you need to do to feed your soul. Take a timeout and do something good for yourself.
