My Non-Negotiables
A bunch of medical issues took me by surprise back in 2005. I do my best to stay healthy but there are times when it’s just hard to eat and do what my providers say to do. It’s tough.
What I do best is keep my self-care in check: forgiving myself, reading, studying high performers, quiet time, giving myself facials, and doing some kind of movement every single day..
Those are my daily non-negotiables and everything else falls into place.
